Join us for 2 nights for our Elevate Your Game Speaker Series and help take your performance to the next level.

Night 1 – April 29th, 6:00pm – 7:30pm

Exercise Physiologist, High Performance and Injury Recovery Specialist Adam Herps will be speaking on Sleep and Recovery for High Performance.

Night 2 – May 6th, 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Greg Kozoris is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Phd candidate (Sport Performance and Rehabilitation) and a Professor of Kinesiology at TRU with his Masters of Exercise Physiology. He will be leading a interactive regeneration and active recovery session.
