(March 29, 2019 – Nanaimo) – After two weeks of fun, sports, games, and unseasonably warm weather, PacificSport VI’s XploreSportZ Spring Break camps have come to an end.

Over the course of two weeks campers participated in 10 different sports and games, learning traditional sports such as soccer and badminton, while also exploring newer sports like bounceball and wheelchair basketball.

Campers and leaders alike enjoyed some of the nicest March weather that Nanaimo has seen in the past few years, making the most of their opportunities to play indoors and outdoors.

Led by Amanda Gould and her team of sport leaders, campers were able to learn a variety of sports from both the leaders and local experts.

One highlight for many campers was Circus Day, led by Veronique Rioux of Choose2be, where they were able to try the unicycle, balence boards, the slackline, juggling, and more!

XploreSportZ will be returning for two weeks this summer, July 8-12 and July 15-19. Registration is now open, and can be found at the links below!
